REFUSE TO STAY AVERAGE
Built for Real Player Development
About CTC
CTC Academy was not created overnight. It was built from years of coaching youth soccer at different ages, levels, and competitive environments, working directly with players and experiencing the development process from the field.
Just as importantly, it was shaped by years of conversations with parents.
We listened to their questions, concerns, frustrations, and expectations. We saw families investing significant time, energy, and resources into their children's soccer journey while often struggling to understand whether their player was actually developing or simply participating in more practices, teams, and programs.
Through years of coaching, observation, and assessment of the current youth soccer environment, we recognized a need for something different.
Something real. Something transparent. Something with a clear purpose.

The CTC Methodology
CTC methodology develops the complete player through four interconnected pillars:
Technical Foundation — Building confidence and quality with the ball.
Soccer IQ — Learning to see, understand, decide, and execute.
Mindset — Developing confidence, discipline, resilience, and the courage to compete.
Physical Development — Preparing players to meet the speed, intensity, and demands of the game.
The emphasis changes according to the player's age, level, and stage of development, creating a progressive pathway rather than disconnected training sessions.
One Academy. Connected Programs.
CTC Academy programs are designed to work together.

International Pathway
Each program provides a different development stimulus while remaining connected to the same CTC methodology.Players aren't simply moving from one training session to another. They are moving forward through a pathway.

Experienced. Educated. Purpose Driven.
CTC programs are led by licensed, experienced coaches who understand that coaching youth players is about much more than organizing exercises.
Our responsibility is to teach, challenge, guide, correct, encourage, and create an environment where players can grow. We don't expect every player to develop at the same speed. We expect every player to keep developing.
